Jobs in Meghalaya:- Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) invites application from eligible candidates for its various vacant positions under the FAD-Aided Project-Megha-LAMP. The engagement shall be purely on the contractual basis and shall cease when the Project closes on December 2022.

1. Post Name:- Senior Manager (Credit Linkage & Investment)

1. No of posts:- 1 (One)
2. Place of posting:- Shillong
3. Salary:- Rs. 34,000/- per month
4. Essential Qualification:- Master Degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to Candidates with Master Degree in Economics or MBA in Finance with minimum 5 (Five) Years work experience in supervisory capacity in the field of development of rural-based enterprises. Preference will be given to candidates having a fair knowledge of banking, microfinance, insurance, and financial services.

2. Post Name:- Field Engineer

1. No of posts:- 23
2. Place of posting:-  At Block Level– Umling, Ranikor, Mawshynrut, Thadlaskein, Amlarem, Khliehriat, Khatarshnong, Mawphlang, Shella, Zikzak, Dambo Rongjeng, Songsak, Selsella, Dadenggre, Tikrikila, Baghmara, Chokpot & Kharkutta.
3. Salary:- Rs. 17,000/- For Degree Holder & Rs. 15,000/- for Diploma Holder.
4. Essential Qualification:- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering/ Water Resource Engineering/ Civil Engineering. Preference shall be given to candidates with one year and more experience in the field of identifying sites, designing, planning, and estimation of engineering structures and related matters.

3. Post Name:- Producer Group Development Facilitators

1. No of posts:- 18
2. Place of posting:- At Block Level- Urnling, Ranikor, Mawshynrut, Thadlaskein, Amlarem, Khliehriat, Khatarshnong, Mawphlang, Shella, Zikzak, Dambo, Rongjeng, Songsak, Selsella, Dadenggre, Tikrikila, Baghmara, Chokpot & Kharkutta
3. Salary:- Rs. 15,000/- per month
4. Essential Qualification:- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Social work, Rural Development. Preference shall be given to candidates with a minimum of 1 Year experience in enterprise promotion, agriculture supply chain and market service development, the private-public partnership, understanding of inclusive development, etc.

Age limit:– 22 years to 25 years.
