Pay Scale: Level-7 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ’B’ Gazetted, Non-Ministrial.
Qualifications: Essential: (a) Educational: Degree or Diploma in Fine Art or Commercial Art from a recognized University / Institution or equivalent.
Experience: Two years’ experience of Commercial Art in an advertising agency or a firm of standing or a Government Organization OR three years’ experience in layout work in colour, black & white including preparation of illustrations, designs, etc. for magazines, pamphlets, folders, etc. NOTE-I: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Duties: To be responsible for preparation of layouts and designs for various publicity campaigns, press advertisements and assist Art Executives and Exhibition Officers for layouts art work in colour, black & white including preparation of illustrations, designs, etc. for magazines, pamphlets, folders, etc. HQ: New Delhi/ Bangalore/ Chennai.

Documents like Pay Slip, Resume, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, Un-signed Experience Certificate etc. must not be uploaded in the Document Upload Module:-
a) Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating date of birth, or mark sheet of Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent issued by Central/State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of claim of age. Where date of birth is not available in certificate/mark sheets, issued by concerned Educational Boards, School leaving certificate indicating Date of Birth (in case of Tamil Nadu& Kerala).
